The Book Influencer: The Power to Change Anything  is a book about influencing almost anything.  However, for middle aged women, two important aspects of ourselves and our families that we need to influence is our weight and our children.  In this book, the authors explain the importance of vital behaviors.  For those of us who have constantly battled our weight and have tried diet after diet, this book may just be the help we were looking for.

In this easy to read book, Influencer: The Power to Change Anything , the authors Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, David Maxfield, Ron McMillan, and Al Switzler mention the three vital behaviors to losing weight and keeping it off.  The amazing thing about the book is it stresses to focus on behaviors and not on outcomes.

Losing weight is just one area that this book addresses.  Most importantly, it has helped me look at anything I want to do and really think about what behaviors do I need to do.  I am going to apply this in other areas of my busy life including getting my kids to study effectively, get my finances under control, lose weight, eat more healthier, and I am sure other things.

I already feel a change after having read the book.  I feel more like an Influencer: The Power to Change Anything .  I recommend this book and the CDs for those who like to listen to books.  I have both.
