Having children is a wonderful and fulfilling part of our lives.  We want to give everything to our children.  As middle aged women, we often want to return to our careers, start a part time job or are considering leaving our careers.

We found a new site that may help you manage everything your are trying to accomplish.  Sometimes all that is stopping you is finding a person that can pick the kids up after school so you can work an eight hour job, or who can watch them one day per week so you can volunteer.

We have not tried it ourselves yet, but we think it is a good idea
